Product Development

Our work in engineering is comprehensive, starting  from the development of a new product concept in any of our lines (packaging, cosmetic kits, pots, covers and caps, medical devices, etc), detailed design and mold making, through the collection and materialization by one of our production processes (injection and blow molding of plastics), and if the customer requires, we go up to the decoration of the same, with the application of techniques such as tampon printing, screen and hot stamping. An entire process chain, that allow us to think completely  in all the details required for new differentiated developments .

We have a design and development department, where we materialize the requirements, needs and new market projects. We have the necessary tools (Pro-Engineer software, and Rapid Prototyping Machinery computer numerical control CNC), that help  to the design of the new products, due to this we can offer our customers innovative options. Our goal includes both the design and manufacture of injection and blowing molds until the materialization in any of our lines, therefore we have an excellent group of work (Die-mechanical and workshop personnel), that guarantees each one of the molds that is developed here.
