Blown
The blown plant has a large capacity with which guarantee compliance with the requirements of our clients.
It is formed by blow traditional system which works with single and double head machines; in addition, we count with blow multicavities high technology, with multiple heads, high-volume production. We are able to produce containers up to of 5 liters and centers of mold up to 140 mm. The resins used are polyethylene of high-medium- low density and polypropylene. And we have wide range of packing of cubic capacity between 30 and 1000 cc, generic and exclusive developments that the client requires.
We guarantee the quality of our products carry out process control and certification of production lots, according to the agreement with the client. We have implemented Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Occupational Health Program, Industrial Security, among others, we have trained and qualified staff, ensuring our productivity and quality, in benefit of our profitability and reasonable costs for the customer.
